Understand markets up close.
Living and working across China and India taught me to learn from people, places and operating realities before drawing conclusions about an opportunity.
My journey
I’m Mallesh Gujjala, known as MG, an entrepreneur and content creator from Visakhapatnam, India, based in China. Living and working across China and India has shaped my understanding of business, culture and opportunity.
My work spans international trade, sourcing, logistics, education and media. Through these different activities, I help people understand markets, build relationships and turn ideas into practical opportunities.
My business experience has also taught me about responsibility: managing teams across cultures, navigating operational challenges, and building systems that customers and partners can depend on.
Today, I’m developing my business ventures, expanding industry-based learning through GIIP, and creating content that shares experiences from China with a wider audience.
The journey so far
Began documenting China, business, markets and everyday experiences through content. What started as curiosity gradually developed into a deeper understanding of cross-border business opportunities and the connection between China and India.
Took an early step into entrepreneurship through Brozon, gaining hands-on experience in building a venture, understanding customers, managing operations, solving real-world business challenges and turning ideas into execution.
Established GMR Global as a structured cross-border trade and sourcing business, connecting businesses with manufacturers, suppliers, products and opportunities across international markets. This marked the transition from individual trade activity into organised business operations.
Expanded beyond individual transactions into building teams, supplier networks, operational processes, offices, logistics capabilities and scalable systems — developing the foundation required to manage cross-border business at a larger scale.
Expanded into the interiors and project-oriented business space with Home Springs, applying experience in international sourcing, supplier coordination, procurement and execution to a new industry.
Began developing a broader founder vision beyond individual companies — bringing together entrepreneurship, international business experience, education, knowledge sharing, content and a stronger public-facing founder identity.
Established CTIDDP as a dedicated China–India cross-border logistics and supply-chain business, bringing together sourcing support, international shipping, customs clearance and door-to-door delivery for businesses operating between the two markets.
As part of CTIDDP’s continued development, CTIDDP Connect is a planned platform connecting verified suppliers with verified buyers through secure sourcing, smart matching and escrow-supported transactions. CTIDDP Projects is a planned infrastructure and turnkey execution offering covering sourcing, equipment supply, imports, delivery, installation and project coordination. Both remain in development and are part of CTIDDP — not separate launched ventures.
Created the Global Industry Immersion Program (GIIP) to connect university students with international business environments through academic engagement, industry interaction, manufacturing exposure, sourcing ecosystems, trade exhibitions and cross-cultural learning.
Began developing MR. MG Store as the commerce extension of the MR.MG platform, bringing together books, digital products, curated collections, knowledge-based resources and future branded products. The Store is intended to support the broader MR.MG ecosystem across business, learning and personal growth.
The journey now brings together international trade, logistics, entrepreneurship, education, content and commerce — focused on building businesses, sharing practical knowledge, connecting people with global opportunities and creating meaningful impact across borders.
What experience has taught me

GIIP and media allow me to turn what I learn from business, sourcing and supply chains into practical understanding for students and a wider audience.
“I’m still learning, still building and still becoming. The goal is not simply to create more businesses — it is to create more value through everything I build.”— Mallesh Gujjala
